Event Description : Spielzeit : Let's Play The German Way!.

The library team hosts the third edition of Spielzeit!

Language Learner: Do you want to practice German in a fun way and have a taste of German social games?

Native Speaker : Are you a native German speaker? Do you want the opportunity to interact and have a dialogue with Indians?

From Mensch ärgere Dich nicht, Mau Mau, Monopoly to even Stadt-Land-Fluss there will be games for native speakers and language enthusiasts from beginner to advanced level.

We will begin with small groups of 4-5 participants and play games keeping one thing in mind - to speak only in German (DEUTSCH IST EIN MUSS!)

Some of the games you can play include:
Deutschlandreise : For those who have a knack for Geography.

Pull a card and discover Germany in an exciting race with the other players! The more towns you visit, the better.

Wortschatz (Scrabble): 
For those who think they are wordsmiths.

Are you able to form German words from seven letters? Place a long word with difficult letters and get extra points! Test yourself and see how creative you can be with this classic game.
