Event Description : Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) under Horizon Series presents Odissi dance performance by Ms. Sharmila Mukherjee, Bangalore.

Sharmila Mukerjee is the founder and artistic director of Sanjali Centre for Odissi Dance in Bangalore.

A senior of Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra, Sharmila started learning Odissi under the tutelage of Guruji when she enrolled herself in Padatik, Calcutta in 1984 where Guruji used to come often for month long workshops every alternative month.
