Event Description : "Hands off Mississippi(Hände weg von Mississippi)" film screening.

An adaptation of Cornelia Funke’s charming children’s novel Saving Mississippi. Ten-year-old Emma visits her grandma Dolly in the country. Not long after she arrives she learns that a mare named Mississippi is supposed to be sold to the butchers soon. Surprisingly, Dolly scrounges up enough money to buy Emma the horse. However, Mississippi’s former owner employs underhanded tricks in an attempt to get the horse back. Emma and her friends need to come up with some quick-witted ideas to outsmart the scoundrel.
