Event Description : Pratibimb Kala Darpan presents "Ballabhpur Ki Roopkatha" Hindi comedy play.

Ballabhpur Ki Roopkatha is a Hindi translation of the Bangla play written by an eminent playwright Badal Sircar. The story revolves in and around a ruined palace which is occupied by the sole survivor of the Barabhuians, Bhupati Rai the grandson of Ramapati Bhuian carried their legacy and still has a 400 years old palace. There is no single person left in town from whom he has not taken credit, and in order to settle the dues he wants to sell the palace.

In order to sell the palace and show their wealth the young man and his servant, using local shopkeepers, stage an interesting drama to convince the buyer. To impress the buyer, he pretends to be the Royal king and takes the help of the shopkeepers cum creditors to become the royal staff. The confusion begins when Mr Haldhar, the buyer visits the palace with his family. Now, the comedy of error starts.  

Will Bhupati be able to sell the palace to Haldhar? Will Haldhar come to know about the ghost in the palace? Watch carefully…! The most interesting part is yet to come!!! A modern Indian comedy with all the suspense and fun you expect.
