Event Description : Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) under Horizon Series presents Classical Music Recital by Dr. (Smt.) Neeta Mathur.
Neeta was initiated into music at an early age by her mother Smt. Uma Mathur. Neeta is a disciple of Vidushi (Prof.) Krishna Bisht, a well-known Khayal exponent of Delhi Gharana. Neeta has also learnt some rare compositions, ragas and sacred padas of "Pushti Marg" from the renowned musician Acharya (Pt.) Gokulotsavji Maharaj.
