Event Description : The BIG DRAW Festival and the umbrella organisation, the Campaign for Drawing, were set up with the aim of getting more people drawing in an accessible, relaxed ‘have a go’ way. The BIG DRAW India programme is supporting the festival by conducting as series of workshops across all nine British Council offices.
Objective:
To create a forum for people to try experiments with drawing even if they are not confident.
To increase the profile of drawing as a tool for thought, creativity, social and cultural engagement.
To help people see the value of drawing to see, think, invent and tell stories.
