11th July: Bade Bhai Saheb
Written By: Munshi Prem Chand
Synopsis:Bade Bhai Sahab a dramatic adaptation of Munshi Premchand's celebrated short story Bade Bhai Sahab. The story is one of the finest examples of Premchand's light, subtle and most important of all unassuming humor.
The story about two brothers, the studious Kamta Parsad and the sporty Samta Parsad, the younger of the two. It therefore, revolves around History & Hockey, Geography & Gilli Danda and Chemistry & Cricket.
“Bade Bhai Saheb” has always been an acid test for Theatrewallas. Attempts to dramatize it could merely translate into story reading, soliloquy etc..

12th July: What Rubbish

Synopsis:You all would be well aware of the complexities, couples face in their day to day lives. now see "Yatharth Art & Cultural Society"perform their version of it. The most jumbled up love story ever seen between two couples, where love gets exploited in the most humorous manner.
See films get made in an instant, a son taking his father's baraat back to his village, and a dulhan (who actually is a dulha) narrating his experience to his friend. Its a rib tickling comedy which keeps the audience at the edge of their seats.
A story about two couples living this version in their lives.
An ordinary story with an extra ordinary rubbish.

13th July: Speak Truth

Synopsis:A hilarious slapstick comedy involving a family who believe in outdoing each other in humor at every possible instance. Shabrati, the servant who lies in and out throughout the play but handles different situations with his cheesy one liners.
A scientist who has given every day of his research in making a pill which makes people say the truth unwillingly. His wife has a habit of creating ruckus out of every small problem she faces. Their son who is a wannabe cricketer and wants to open a stadium in the heart of the city and last but not the least, a daughter who lies about her father’s demise in order to save the college fees. Aao sach bole is a treat for any theatre wallah who wants to relish lies that family members share with each other on a day to day basis.
