Event Description : Legendary Attaullah Khan’s first performance at a mega concert in India at the first edition of ''Ibaadat” Mehfil-e-Ruhaaniyat
The legendary singer Attaullah Khan Niazi Esakhelvi who’s also known as 'lala' the Pakistani singer to give his first public performance with renowned bollywood singer Harshdeep Kaur on 12th April 2014 to bring together first edition of''IBAADAT” Mehfil-e-Ruhaaniyat at purana quila, New Delhi. The event is organised by the NGO AAS to support Cervical Cancer Awareness in India. Attaullah Khan maintains an immense fan base in India and is popularly known for his famous music numbers including'Acha sila diya' & 'Bedardi se pyar', 'Ishq Main Hum Tumhain Kya Batayain'.  

Harshdeep Kaur is an Indian playback singer known for her Sufi songs. After she won two well-acclaimed titles in two talent reality shows, later established herself as a lead singer in the Bollywood music industry. Some of her popular music numbers are ''Heer'' from Jab Tak Hain Jaan, ''Katiya Karun from Rockstar, and ''Ik Onkaara'', from Ranggg De Basanti.

The main focus for organising the concert is to spread the awareness about prevention & detection of Cervical cancer amongst masses, As a team of believers AAS thinks that small beginnings can initiate a big change and the world can be transformed into a  beautiful place to live, says CA Virendra Kumar Goel (Convener), AAS NGO.

About Attaullah Khan : 
Attaullah Khan, of Ishq Main Hum Tumhain Kya Batayain...fame, became popular in India after his lyrics were used in the Bollywood movie Bewafaa Sanam. He has performed across the world USA, Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Australia and New Zealand. He has been honoured with 'pride of performance award' by Pakistan. He has recorded more than 40,000 songs in seven languages. He has received lifetime achievement award from the British Queen (Elizabeth II). He had his name registered in Guinness Book of Records in 1994 for highest number of albums released.    

About Harshdeep Kaur :
Harshdeep Kaur is known for her sufi songs. She has performed with known bollywood music directors like AR Rehman , Salim Suleiman and has delivered hits such as ''Heer'' from Jab Tak Hain Jaan, ''Katiya Karun from Rockstar, and ''Ik Onkaara'', from Ranggg De Basanti. She has also featured in several episodes of MTV Coke studio as well as performed internationally.
