Renowned textile visualizer SHASHIV CHANDRAN and his UTSAV initiative welcome summer with PANCHASRISHTI, a fabulous handloom dream collection of Sarees and Fabrics that play with the colours for a dry and hot summer.
According to Shashiv, the summers of north India have influenced the choice of bright colours that are traditionally chosen. Those bright hued colours have now been muted and altered for contemporary times.
UTSAV’s hallmark work with weavers and printers all over India for the past 25 years has spawned a fabulous army of committed converts to Indian handlooms.
