Entry : Charges Rs 1200 per adult and Rs 1000 for child. Walks take place with a minimum of 8-10 people. You can book all three walks for Rs 3000. You only need to reach the meeting point (a metro station) and thereafter conveyance will be provided. How old is this ghat that consists of a series of bathing and ceremonial stepped piers leading to the river waterfront? Is there a Hindu temple from the Mahabharat times? Is it one of the oldest burning ghats? Together we look at old maps to see how close the river was to Delhi Red Fort not so long ago. Witness interesting and unusual Hindu customs. Makes you wonder: Are you in Delhi or Varanasi?
