Actor Factor Theatre Company presents "Talking Ink Short Playwriting Contest - 01" > Register till 7th June 2013

Entry : 
‘Talking Ink Short Playwriting Contest’ requires participants to:
- Download the contest ENTRY FORM from our website ( www.actorfactor.net ), fill it up, and send it 
along with their plays.
- Send across their short plays with over 10 minutes and less than 15 minutes of Reading Time.
- They can send a maximum of 2 entries.
- The plays should be written in Hindi and/or English language.
- There is no restriction whatsoever on the genre or form that the participants choose for their plays.
- The plays can be on any topic or subject, as long as they are relevant to our times, our societies and 
our country India.
- The script of each play should accompany a small paragraph (Not more than 100 words) expressing 
what the playwright thinks his/her play is about.
- Of all the entries received, a total of 4 short plays will be selected by Team Actor Factor.
- All entries shall be sent by courier along with a Bank Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 500/00 (Rupees Five 
Hundred Only) payable to: THE ACTOR FACTOR THEATRE SOCIETY ; post-marked with “TALKING INK 
SPC - 01” and addressed to:

- The LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION of entries is (EXTENDED DEADLINE) FRIDAY, 7TH JUNE 2013, 18:00 
IST
- The Actor Factor Theatre Society (AFTS) shall not be responsible for entries/courier packages lost 
during transition.
- Announcement of the result of the contest, including names of the winners and their plays will be 
posted on our website: www.actorfactor.net by Monday, 10th June 2013; the winners will also be 
informed through email.
- The final 4 winners will sign a mandatory legal contract with ‘The Actor Factor Theatre Society 
(AFTS)’, which will grant AFTS an all-inclusive right over the selected short plays for the next 3 years.
- The final 4 winners will be given full credit as playwrights, and winner certificates; but no prize 
money or any other kind of monetary compensation will be offered.

Contest Description : Actor Factor Theatre Company presents 'Talking Ink Short Playwriting Contest - 01'. 
Here’s an opportunity for young and aspiring playwrights to get their short plays designed and stageperformed by Delhi’s premier theatre group, Actor Factor Theatre Company. Known for its ability to consistently create original content for the stage, over the last 6 years, Actor Factor now aims to encourage original thinkers and writers for Theatre with this new endeavor. Participants have the freedom to choose to write their plays in any genre or form for the contest. The selected plays will be staged at prominent venues in Delhi NCR and some key performing centers in India.
