Event Description : British painter and printmaker Howard Hodgkin has been one of the world’s leading visual artists for the last fifty years, and in this special event he discusses his life and work. 

Howard designed the mural on the front of Charles Correa's building for the British Council in New Delhi, which was executed in black stone and white marble; and “The Painterly Prints”, an exhibition of his work, is on display in the British Council Queen’s Gallery until 4 February, link : "The Painterly Prints" an exhibition of artworks by Howard Hodgkin at Queen’s Gallery, British Council, 17, Kasturba Gandhi Marg > 10am-7pm on 8th January-4th February 2013

The event will start with a private viewing of the exhibition, before an interview with Howard Hodgkin.
