Event Description : Saras Prayas (NGO) & Fish Eye Films and Theatre Group present 'Dark Side of Mahabharat' hindi play.
The Mahabharata is one of the two major epics of ancient India & it has the honour of being the longest epic in world literature. Written by Guru Vyasa. Mahabharata was a tragic war, that pitted brothers against brothers, sons against fathers, brave noble men against brave noble men.
This play is about biased society of Mahabharata era and we are staging it by few characters and their compelled sacrifices on the name Dharma. And it is learning from past to make a healthy future.

As part of society we understand our responsibilities towards society. We joined hands 
and formed a formal group. We all are working in our respected fields but on weekends 
we try to make best use of our time. 
- We too have certain aims and objectives, but our prime goals are:
- Make socially deprived children self dependent
- Teach and Perform Theatre/Street plays with/for socially deprived children
Organize Art & Craft workshop for s o c i a l l y  d e p r i v e d  c h i l d r e n
  
Within a short period of its inception Saras Prayas has put in monumental efforts and 
has been successful in making its mark by conducting different awareness programs and 
to provide exposure to the socially deprived kids  in field of Theatre and Art & Craft.
