This month, in memory of Dr. Verghese Kurien, the man behind a fascinating social experiment and a fantastic business success, we offer a milk-based menu — enjoy a range of dishes, from different parts of India, which use milk or milk products (with apologies to the lactose intolerant!). Buffet with an eat-all-you-can menu.
The brunch is followed by a conversation around food: “Utterly Butterly Brilliant: The Amul Story” by Harish Damodaran, journalist with Business Line and author of India’s New Capitalists, who has studied India’s cooperatives movements for years now.
