Note : It's a closed door event which means you cannot enter after the event begins, unless there is a break. We give a grace time of precisely 15 mins after the scheduled time. In any case, both Studio Safdar and May Day are small spaces with limited seating, so best to arrive early.
None of the events are ticketed. We are unable to pay anything to the artists who enrich our lives, unless you contribute. We’ll spread the chadar at the end of the performance. These contributions will be shared 50:50 with the artists.

Event Details : Talk: ‘European Crisis and New Movements on the Left’ Christina Kaindl in conversation with Prof. Jayati Ghosh. Christina Kaindl is editor in chief of LuXemburg. Gesellschaftsanalyse und linke Praxis (Critical Social Analyzes and Left Praxis), the quarterly journal of Rosa-Luxemburg-Foundation. Her research at the foundation’s Institute for Critical Social Analyses deals with perceptions of, and reactions to, the crisis. She is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Magdeburg-Stendal and spokesperson for the German “We won’t pay for your crisis” Coalition. Jayati Ghosh is Professor of Economics at the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
