Event Details : 'Moving Water : Contact Improvisation and Partner Work' workshop by Chris Lechner.

This workshop aims to bring you an experience of being moved in your own body. The session

will build from simple principles and images and then embody the spirit of empathy and playful

generosity that exists within the practice of moving together.

Suitable for dancers, martial artists, yoga & other movement practitioners!

Chris Lechner works as a performer with an emphasis on Labs and experiments with the

body in light or water. His approach to work combines visual arts with New Dance techniques,

Contact Improvisation, voice and movement, Deep Tissue Structural work, Yoga and Martial

Arts and taking movement into water.
