13th March : 6:00 pm - Opening Ceremony followed by film-screening from 7. 00 to 9. 00 p.m.
14th and 15th March : 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - film screenings
Besides, the Viewers’ Choice Award will be given to one film selected each day purely on the basis of voting by the audience.
The films shown at the festival are made during the past three years by the film-makers in the age-group of below 30 years. Films in languages other than English will have sub-titles in English.

Event Details : The Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) in New Delhi together with the Citizens’ Film Forum (CFF) organizes the BRICS Youth Short Films Festival “Film Dialogue—2012”. The objective of the festival is to encourage young and emerging film-makers from the five BRICS countries--Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa--by providing them with a platform to showcase their films and to recognize their contribution by way of awards to the best-judged films and certificates to all the film-makers, whose films are screened at the festival.
