Based on the hit Broadway farcical dark comedy, Arsenic and Old Lace (written by Joseph Kesselring)
Minakshi and Enakshi Kapoor. Two kind, loving, well to do widowed sisters living in an uptown Delhi mansion. Chefs extraordinaire. A very special (and rather eccentric) nephew at home to dote over, another a successful drama critic who visits often. Their happy little family appears to be just like any other.
Meanwhile, Delhi seems to be ridding itself of its snobbery day by day. Rich, obnoxious, opulent women are vanishing overnight, leaving empty kitty groups and secretly delighted families in their wake. The police are on the case, but figure there's an island in the Bahamas full of sunbathing aunties and leave it at that, oblivious to the dark connection between the disappearances and the Kapoor sisters. When their nephew Nikhil chances upon it, all hell breaks loose, and a goremet affair unravels.
