However, the magnanimity of the theme is as incomprehensible as the depths of the feminine.
As the title suggests, it is the chord between a woman and her creation, which is the new life. This new life which is an extension of her intimate self is a reflection of her aspirations, experiences, and desires, in a way her complete existence. Well, how distinctly is she seen without the baggage of her role-plays has been always crucial when it comes to self representation of a woman and it is no different even in the 21st century. Different hues of her existence when weaved together form a complete spectrum, a rainbow of myriad emotions. And it truly becomes a rich experience when individual memoirs of each of these women of element like distinct pieces, together form a beautiful whole.
While the show intends to celebrate this alchemy of the sorts, it also aims to explore a perennial thread of connectivity which runs through and touches each one of them. It is an unspoken commonality which they all share, as woman in the context of gender politics and changing role of woman in the ever changing world. It binds them together, as woman and how their shared associations, historical pasts, different cultural backgrounds intersect and intermingle with each other. On the surface, their language may be distinct, reflecting their individual styles, concerns and philosophy. However, an undercurrent which runs through these entire artists’s creation is about their existence in the society as a woman and the various intricacies thus, involved.
