Event Details : Gati Dance Forum presents 'Taijiquan' solo dance performance by Vanessa Vidal.

TaiJiQuan is the art of conducting the energy (qi or prana) in the body through the meridians, nâdis and chakras.

Then the flow of qi manifests itself into a gesture of a special quality that will be presented in this performance

through the 127 postures coming from YangJia Michuan TaiJiquan (The Yang Family).

Born in 1971 in Switzerland, Vanessa Vidal practices Taijiquan, Qigong and Yoga. She’s recognized by the

European Federation of Qigong and Energetic Body Arts (FEQGAE) and from the French Sport’s Ministry. After many years of daily practice she attained the highest level with her Taijiquan Master and awarded a diploma in High Specialized Studies in Ethnomethodology (Human Sciences, University Paris VIII) on the work of Energetic Body Arts.
