Event Details : Oxford Bookstore, New Delhi and Rai Foundation are hosting the book launch of ‘Creative Living’, a unique book on personal well-being and happiness by a young Indian author, Dr Harbeen Arora. The author will be in conversation with Dr Vinay Rai, President of Rai Foundation.
About the book : The author began writing the book in the hope to find insights on how to manage one’s immense inner world and how to respond positively to outer challenges. On this journey of labour and love, she soon discovers ways and means to help us all to break through, and not break down, in response to life’s many ups and downs.
About the author : Dr Harbeen Arora is an entrepreneur, author, speaker and mentor who has touched and transformed many lives with her vision of stress-free living. As a mark in this direction, Dr Arora is currently setting up a creative living habitat, a model site of living, designed to induce well-being and creative in all.
