Event Details : Sample an all new menu created by Master Chef Zhou Bai Yan at Jade - the Chinese restaurant at The Claridges, New Delhi.
Details: Chef Zhou Bai has laboured long years in kitchens across China, mastering the cuisine of Cantonese, Sichuan and Hunan regions. Made with handpicked spices and ingredients from China, Chef Zhou has put together a menu with delightful selection of dishes. The dishes range from dimsum, appetizer, soup, main course to dessert, accompanied by a selection of Chinese tea.
A must try in the new menu is the Chef’s signatures like fried multiple nutmeat & mixed vegetable cake, boiled glutinous flour chicken dumplings, mixed vegetable ball with Sichuan sauce, lobster in black pepper sauce, traditional ‘gong bao’ diced chicken and fish stewed in star anise sauce.
As a perfect accompaniment to food, on offer is a selection of Chinese tea like lapsang souchang, monkey, unan red & oolong tea.

Great place to go, very intimate with highly professionals in both kitchen and service. Like the Jade very much. Will definitely go again soon and can only recommend it. My favorite Chinese...
