Body Mechanics & Dancercise :
The coolest way to sweat it out and work towards a well sculpted body. This class includes an extensive workout to music with energetic and heavy exercises like stretching, strengthening, flexibility improvement, toning and floor exercises. Dance nos. and repertoires add more spice to this class
Hip-Hop :
Hip- Hop dance refers to dance styles primarily danced to hip hop music, having evolved as a part of the hip hop culture. It is practised with various street dances combined with other dance styles. The style is not as thoroughly structured as some dance styles allowing students to interpret the moves in varied ways.
Modern Contemporary:
Modern Contemporary is an apt class for individuals searching for inner peace and solace through the beautiful medium of dance and movement. This form of dance is characterized by its versatility and can be danced to almost any style of music or united with other dance forms to create new styles. Whereas I shall focus on Elements of Ballet and release techniques with creative movements and teach repertoires of different levels.
On each style there will be 8 hrs. Workshop divided into four days of 2 hours each
Pre-requisites: participants do not need to have prior training in dance. It's a must for all dance lovers, choreographers, and those who think they were born with two left feet!
No observers allowed.

Profile of facilitator : The Founder Director of the 'EXPRESSIONS Morden Dance Company', Sumeet's signature style of teaching is dissimilar and unique. He is the youngest member of the India – International Dance Congress, having started his own atypical choreography for various corporate shows and events, taking a step further by choreographing a few Bollywood celebrities. Worked as Creative Director and Choreographer for a Grand Balaji Telefilms Event and is also choreographing a Television based dance show with Bollywood and TV Celebrities.
Sumeet has acquired training from Peter Farel for Ballet, Australia; Elesia McDonald, Jazz Expert; Oscar Unger, Jazz and Tap; Mahesh Mahbubani ,Modern Dance Expert; and Tony & Sweya ,Hip-Hop, Germany; to name a few. For further detail you may visit his website www.dancewithemdc.com
Rainbow Inc was founded in Hyderabad by Tripura kashyap and Mahnoor Yar khan. Rainbow currently has branches in Nepal and eight cities in India. Program coordinators in each city organize a variety of events through out the year. Rainbow offers workshops and training programs in various art practices and therapies such as dance, drama, music, visual art etc. Artists, teachers and art therapists are continuously invited to facilitate these workshops in different cities.
