• This Golden-Globe nominated film tells the true story of American journalist Stephen Glass, who rose to meteoric heights as a young writer only to crash ignominiously. During his three years as a staff writer at “The New Republic," Glass published 41 stories – 27 of them were partially or completely fabricated. Looking for a short cut to fame, Glass concocted sources, quotes and even entire stories. His deception did not go unnoticed forever, and eventually, his world came crumbling down.
