- Event Details : Exhibition of Photographs 'REFLECTIONS – INDIA AND HUNGARY' by Indian Photographer B Narsing Rao and Hungarian Photographer Tamas Olasz.
- The European Commission proposes that 2008 be “European Year of Intercultural Dialogue”. This special exhibition is intended to contribute to this dialogue, showing Hungary through the eyes of an Indian photo artist B Narsing Rao and India through the eyes of a Hungarian photographer Tamás Olasz, offering a unique perspective of each other.
- B. Narsing Rao - born in 1946 in Pragnapur,Andhra Pradesh. He is an eminent writer, director, composer, producer and actor. He made various award winning Telugu films such as "DAASI" which won the Best Regional Film prize at The Silver Lotus Award in 1989. His documentary film MAA OORU (My Village) won the Main prize at the Mediawave, International Festival of Visual Arts in 1992 at Győr, Hungary.
- Tamás Olasz - a graduate from the University of Horticulture. At his early age, he took photography as hobby and which remains until date. In 1996 he signed up for the ASA photo course. He established the creative group called LIGHTBREAKERS and organizes exhibitions every year. He is also a member of the Association of Hungarian Photo Artists.
