• About Appu Ghar : Appu Ghar was inaugurated on 19th November, 1984, by the then Prime Minister, Late Sh. Rajiv Gandhi, on the occasion of the birthday of Late Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi. This amusement park is for people of all ages.
  
• "Appu" is the name of The Elephant & "Ghar" means House. New Appu Ghar will open at Rohini & Noida in the near future.
