Event Description : Lalit Kala Akademi is celebrating its Foundation Day. In this week long celebrations, the Academi is organising a Painting Exhibition, Painting workshop and cultural event too on the theme “Ragas on Canvas”.

Smt. Chandresh Kumari Katoch, Union Minister for Culture, will inaugurate the foundation day of the Lalit Kala Akademi, in New Delhi on August 05, 2013.
Eleven artists from across the country from different traditional painting and folk art will be participating in the painting workshop.
