Tragedy for artistes …Comedy for audiences. Yes! Cut…Cut…Cut…comically deals with the chaos, and calamities that strike Pierrot’s Troupe while rehearsing a play.
In such, the play is an on stage depiction of back stage drama, unfolding, in the process, funny characters; hilarious situations; comic relationships and bizarre events. Besides, it also looks amusingly into various problems and prospects that theatre groups usually come across.
Cut… Cut… Cut… is therefore one of those rare productions that make you laughing all the way in as well as at a play.
Last but most important, this blockbuster of Pierrot’s in the 20th century returns to Delhi Stage in the 21st century only. So none can afford to miss it --- those who still survive and those who were not born then.

Synonymous with some of landmark drama productions, say Ghalib In New Delhi, Maulana Azad, K. L. Saigal, Sahreek-e-Ghalib in the recent history of Indian theater, Pierrot’s Troupe brings, this time around BIG B.
‘Big B’???? No, not Mr. Bachchan, it’s Mr. Premchan(d). It’s the English and the dramatic version of the latter’s celebrated Hindi short-story ‘Bade Bhai Saheb’.
A rip roaring comedy in Indlish based on Munshi Premchand’s Hindi short story Bade Bhai Saheb. About two brothers, revolving around Hockey and History, Cricket and Chemistry, Gilli Danda and Geography.
