Synopsis : Nandu ( Bobby Deol ) is an orphan who became a professional assasin. He wrongly gets accused of killing a politician and is on the run. He meets Shekhar ( Pradeep ) in the train who tells him about his family. Police finds Nandu and Shekhar dies while protecting Nandu. Nandu decides to go to Shekhar's village to give their belongings and tell them about Shekhar's death while they mistakenly think that Nandu is their son 'Shekhar'. Nandu starts his new life with them and falls in love with Preet ( Shriya Saran ) who is the Granddaughter of Shekhar's Grandfather's friend. But a police inspector ( Nana Patekar ) is assigned the job of finding and arresting Nandu and his success can take away the new lease of life from Nandu.
