We always felt the first year should be an introduction to real Italian cooking in the traditional sense. So after the resounding success and completion of our first year, we now prepare our guest for the modern style we are introducing this year. The reaction thus far has been extremely positive, so now we are confident to move on.” He further adds that, “Our menu is changing in style but our principle of cooking with healthy and fresh, seasonal ingredients remains the same. All our dishes are prepared from scratch as the order arrives from a guest table”.
