S18 has always laid out a fabulous repast at midnight. The flavours of Delhi’s favourite streets mingle with detox and healthy goodies for a sumptuous spread. Weekend nights, Friday and Saturday are the time for the famous buffet laid out at midnight and going on till really late. The ever favourite midnight meal would be incomplete without a choice of paranthas with a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian stuffings; accompanied by delectable kababs, bite into the succulent kebab, or try the vegetarian and non-vegetarian biryanis which are meal in themselves. All these are accompanied by a selection of curries. These are served piping hot to you from live stations so that you can enjoy the aroma of your favourite midnight meal wafting to you.
The health conscious can enjoy shots of our detox veggie blends and detox tea-with honey, lemon and mint.
Weekday nights get a special twist at midnight, with a Table D’Hote menu. As a main course the menu has a variety of pasta and paranthas to choose from, which will be served straight from the show kitchen with all accompaniments. Also as part of the menu there is a wide array of garden fresh salads and exotic dessert on the buffet for the guests to help themselves.
