Event Description : TALK "Issues Relating to Water Availability" by Dr. Isher Judge Ahluwalia, Member, Water Advisory Group of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Chairperson, ICRIER 

 IHC-ICRIER Conversations on Urbanization Series.

The factors that contribute towards social stigmatization, political invisibilization and economic hardships of the homeless can best be unpacked by those living it. While there may be some common concerns, they are a diverse people with a diverse set of issues. The attempt here would be to hear from the homeless, so as to imagine policy interventions that address their specificities.
