Event Description : KIDS WORKSHOP "Emotionally Yours" 

We are all born with emotions, besides eight primary in-built emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, joy, interest, surprise, disgust and shame; resentment, violence and anxiety are acquired emotions that get expressed in most uncomfortable ways.Therefore, helping children manage their emotions is an extremely important part of teaching.

Humans are social beings and it is essential to learn social skills at an early age. This workshop intends to assist children identify their emotions, express their feelings and provide them a framework and strategy to deal with those emotions in a socially appropriate way.
