Event Description : EXHIBITION : Uchaan Foundation presents ‘Summer Symphony’ A Group show of painting & sculpture

Uchaan Foundation will unveil Summer Symphony, a group show of paintings, drawings, sculptures and photography on April 15, 2017 at Lokayata Art Gallery, Hauz Khas, New Delhi at 5:00 pm. The show will be joined by renowned and contemporary artists and will remain open for 11 days from April 16-25, 2017 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Summer Symphony as the name suggest will be archetype of summery colours and feel. The collection of paintings will encompass landscapes and flowers in vibrant and seamless insignia. Not only this, the sun’s battle against civilization and scorching heat, leading to utmost exhaustion will be projected through contemporary art. Summer Symphony, 2017 will be the sequel of last year, though this time is being joined by 10 artists with known dynamics.

Amongst the assemblage, Prince Chand, a senior artist, who is blessed of creating artworks on Buddha, which makes the preacher feel live and meditation appeasing and soothing will be a participant too. In addition, from completely different genus, will be Prerna Sobti, a freelance corporate trainer and inner revelation coach, who though may not be blessed anymore to see the world with her eyes, but surely can mesmerize with her motivational talks. She would be the key inaugural along with other participants.

The underscore will be a short and sweet skit by theatre artists who have come together and formed a band titled as ‘Navras’, basically from Amity University and students from diverse streams. The sole purpose will be to bring out the faith amongst family, friends and mentors to push and harp the children to follow their dreams of becoming an artists and conquering creativity and making deep impression in all minds and hearts.

Uchaan foundation is incorporated as a not-for-profit organisation with a foremost intent to promote artists and get their talents recognized by art patrons and be a fostering ground for varied genres of art. It has taken up a role of an incubator by understanding the needs of the artist in the making to focus on work and deepen the artistic specialization rather than to find ways to communicate and connect.  Uchaan Foundation is always on the edge of promoting  artistic innovation and understanding of contemporary visual arts through a regular incubation programme of exhibitions, workshops, lectures, classes and other similar activities which further complement the purpose of encouraging, promoting, advancing, and assisting art education and instruction.
