Event Description : S.U.N.A.INA (Regd.) (Society for the Upliftment of National Arts of India) presents "Indradhanush Dilli 2015 : A festival of Art" A Festival of Indian Classical Dance & Folk Dance
In Association With Ministry of Culture & Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment
Indradhnaush Dilli, A National Festival of Arts by more than a 1000 artists, Youth and Children, from all over India. The festival organized by SUNAINA, Society for the Upliftment of National Arts of India, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Social Empowerment will include spectacular performances by upcoming youth artists from all over India. Guru Kanaka Sudhakar, Founder President of SUNAINA and Director of the festival aims to promote and provide a good cultural platform to hundreds of artists through this event. The Youth festival inauguration will be done on 26th October in Delhi Tamil Sangam RK Puram by an innovative dance production ‘Krishna Ganga’ where disciples of Guru Kanaka Sudhakar will present an aesthetic blend of Hindustani music of Banaras gharana by Bade Ramdas and Bharatanatym. This will be followed with Odissi by Madhur Gupta, Bharatanatyam by Kiranmayee Madupu and Kalaripayattu demonstration by Kalari Kendram. The second day of the festival will showcase Kathak by Nikita Banwalikar & Anjali Munjal, Bharatanatyam by Dr Vasudevan Iyengar, Mohiniattam by Dr Rekha Raju, Kuchipudi by Yamini Kalluri and Odissi by Dipankar Das. On 28th October the festival will present Bharatanatyam performances by Ramya Venkatraman and Tanya Saxena, Kuchipudi by Gururaju, Kathak by Rashmi Uppal and Jigna Dixit and Manipuri by Pradeep Singh & troupe.
