This is an ode to "Bread" in all its magnificent diversity, its unique place in French history, culture and society, the passionate commitment to high quality, interwoven with first person accounts of French entrepreneurship in "making it in India" for the discriminating palate here and elsewhere, and insights and demos by an executive French chef
