Panelists : Independent documentary filmmakers- Anand Patwardhan, Mumbai, Dina Hossain, Dhaka, Kesang Tseten, Kathmandu, Nishtha Jain, Mumbai, Saba Dewan, Delhi. Also, Prasanna Vithanage, fiction and non-fiction filmmaker and producer, Colombo & Shuddhabrata, an artist with the Raqs Media Collective
