Event Description : Bookaroo Trust presents 7th Edition of the Bookaroo Children’s Literature Festival.
For the 7th year in a row, the Bookaroo Festival continues the celebration of children’s books, storytelling and reading. It will bring together children, authors, illustrators and books in one venue for two exciting days. 96 sessions and programs will take place over the weekend and come alive in the open spaces of the IGNCA. Eighty-three speakers from India and many other countries will celebrate the joy of books and literature, amongst them the German illustrator Henning Wagenbreth.
Henning Wagenbreth works as an illustrator and graphic designer and makes his own typefaces. He illustrates and designs books, posters, newspapers and magazines, in sizes between postage stamps and giant hangers. His practice has detoured into animation film, theater and music. Since 1994 he has worked as Professor of at the University of Arts in Berlin.
