The Annual School Leaders Summit (SLS) will bring together multiple stakeholders representing diverse interest groups — investors, thought leaders, education service providers, leaders of affordable schools, and private schools association heads from more than 20 states — to discuss challenges and deep dive into issues that confront the budget private schools (BPS) sector in India.

Opening address by Parth J Shah, President of Centre for Civil Society providing an overview of the BPS sector Expert insights on the regulatory challenges faced by budget private schools from Archana Mehendale, Consultant and Former CABE Member, Kulbhushan Sharma, President, Federation of Private Schools in Haryana, Anupam Srivastava, Founder-Member and Partner, The Chambers of Law and Amit Kaushik, Director, Education and Skill Development, IPE Global A discussion of the role of the media in creating a supportive ecosystem in which budget private schools can function, with Gurcharan Das, author and public intellectual; and Dilip Thakore, Editor of Education World
Exploring Government perspectives on BPS with Sh Satish Upadhayay and Dr Udit Raj of the BJP, andShekhar Shah, Director General, National Council for Applied Economic Research (NCAER) Gain insight on BPS: hear directly from school owners and leaders on challenges and ground realities Showcase innovations, ideas and services, brainstorm on new solutions to improve quality of education in BPS Interact with distinguished speakers representing key stakeholder groups including government, legislation and media.
