Event Description : In order to combat the growing cases of harassment at work places, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is organizing a hands-on workshop on Workplace Harassment. The workshop is exclusively designed to equip one to cope and redress instances of workplace harassment. It will be addressed by Mr. Shushil Tayal, Master Facilitator & Knowledge Advisor with SHRM India and Ms. Veena Gopalakrishnan, senior member of the HR Law (Employment & Labour) practice at Nishith Desai Associates.

The SHRM Workshop on Workplace Harassment is a practitioner-based program to bring practical insight into dealing with instances such as sexual harassment and bullying. It will enable participants to clarify and enhance their understanding of the risk, role and responsibilities involved in providing a safe workplace.
