Event Description : The Innovation Practitioner's Summit 'Innovation Led Transformation' Showcasing India's Leading Breakthrough Innovations & Innovators in Manufacturing, Marketing, R&D and HR

As part of its endeavor for building innovation competitiveness, All India Management Association (AIMA) in association with Erehwon Innovation Consulting is organizing ‘The Innovation Practitioner’s Summit’ with the theme “Innovation Led Transformation” on 21 March 2014 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The summit will be a platform to not just talk Innovation but uncover & immortalize Hi-Impact Innovations & Innovation Practitioners, fuelling the creation of ‘New Legends’.

The Summit will showcase India’s leading innovation practitioners in 
 *  Innovative HR Practices to Transform People Engagement
 *  Breakthrough Process-Innovation in Manufacturing
 *  Breakthrough Product-Innovation in R&D
 *  Breakthrough Market Strategy.
The Innovation Practitioner’s Summit is a formal recognition forum, to publicize and recognize those who have had the courage to take the more challenging path of Innovation. The winners would be those who have taken an idea from concept to reality and have results that leap-frogged from Incremental to Quantum to show for their efforts.

We invite your organisation to be part of this unique initiative of AIMA by participating in the case study contest to be anchored by Rajiv Narang and Devika Devaiah authors of India’s Thought Leadership Book titled “Orbit Shifting Innovation”.

The participating teams will be judged by an eminent jury comprising of Padmashree, Lila Poonawala, Ex-Managing Director of Alfa Laval, L R Natarajan, COO Titan industries, Tanmaya Vats, Head, Global Value Innovation at PepsiCo, Vivek Talwar, Head HR, Tata Power and Sangeeta Talwar, Ex-President-South Asia for the Tata Global Beverages Group.  

The Summit is totally based on a Case Study Contest on breakthrough Innovations. 
 *  The Top 2 Entries in each category will be recognized by the Industry Thought Leaders in a special gathering and will be invited to make presentations at the Summit on March 21st 2014
 *  The Top 2 Entries in each category will be published in The Innovation Practitioner’s Summit Documentation to be distributed to all Delegates attending the program
 *  The winning stories will be featured in the next Erehwon Book to be published in 2015-16, titled ‘ORBIT SHIFTING INDIA’
The case study should focus on Breakthrough Innovation in any of the above areas achieved by companies/institutions within the last 3-4 years.
