A national newspaper makes a grammatical mistake and prints `Bhrastachar  (corruption)  mein diploma’ instead of  `Shistachar (good habit)mein  Diploma! The next day all hell breaks loose as the company who issued the ad is plagued by visits of all kinds of officials wanting a pound of flesh for this mistake. Needless to say not only are there applicants who wish to acquire a diploma in corruption to tackle their day to day woes but even those willing to teach the course who also approach the hapless institute.
