An exploration of popular Islam in India through movies and discussions.

Drawing upon the structures of both performance art and theatre, ENCOUNTERS explore an encounter between the perfomer and the space, and the perfomer and the watchers, using gesture, spoken and written text.

Bharatanatyam Intensive with Zaida
A four day intensive on one of the oldest classical dance form. The intensive will focus on abhinaya and nritta and will explore the various elements of Bharatanatyam repertoire. Certificates will be presented to all the participants.
