Event Description : THEATRE "The Class Act" English Comedy Play.
The play takes place in an acting class where the students come from different religious backgrounds and are pitted against each other in various acting exercises. It exposes the myth of "unity in diversity amongst Indians", where everybody is just out to get each other and be a 'class' apart.
Watch a Parsi, Hindu, Muslim, Goan-Christian and a woman come together to display and destruct the stereotypes that exist in our society - that caste is but a temporary fad, but class is permanent.
The Class Act has garnered a tremendous fan following in its 100 shows over the last 4 years.
A Silly Point Production presented by Maruti Suzuki Zee Theatre
Cast : Sajeel Parakh, Danesh Khambata, Afshad Kelawala, Maanvi Gagroo, Danesh Irani
Written and Directed by Meherzad Patel
