 TALK - IHC-ICRIER Conversations on Urbanization Series "Urban Travel in India: Problems, Opportunities and Challenges" 

The adverse impact of urban travel has come to haunt citizens in Indian cities. Stakeholders have been grappling with various solutions and every few years media is excited about "world class, smart, inclusive, sustainable" solutions. However, with every passing year, traffic fatalities have been increasing and demand for personal motorised vehicles continues to increase. Do we have opportunities to deal with the challenges of 21st century urban mobility?
