Event Description : MUSIC Under The Stars with Sejal Morris
Sejal is a self taught vocalist and guitarist based in New Delhi, India. She loves music ever since she remembers listening to it for the first time and this love has grown into passion with each passing day. She aims to cover the over played, over streamed, chart topping pop numbers because she loves relating herself to the crowd. With a personal hint of to them, she tries to make all songs her own. Her set list includes tracks by artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz, Damien Rice, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Train, etc. Her sound is mainly inspired by pop music. She originally began singing in her school choir but with time, she discovered her sound and has been performing live acoustic sets since then.
She was in the official line up of the Contemporary Arts Week Delhi 2016 and played in Unplugged Courtyard for the same. She has also performed at the Asian Hawkers Market 2016 that was organized in Select Citywalk, Saket. All of which have her performances featured on their official Facebook pages. Currently, she performs an acoustic set every Wednesday night at Tabula Beach Cafe 2.0, and every alternate Thursdaynight at The Hungry Monkey.
