Event Description : With the beginning of a weeklong art festival, Delhi is all set to mark it first art celebration of the year 2016. Amidst all this, Select CITYWALK, a prestigious mall of the city is organizing an ARTWALK of its own. The exhibition will showcase different forms of art installations that are designed by some of the upcoming Indian artists and established designers. This year the award winning mall is celebrating art with the theme, Delhi.

Recycled identities by Khalil Chishtee
Khalil Chishtee, born is Pakistan, is one of the most popular artists who construct life-size sculptures out of plastic bags. The artist is famous for a constant moving appearance in his sculptures. Chishtee believes that anyone can make art out of anything that is costly, but a true artist is the one who can create art out of waste products.
Nandi by Arunkumar H.G.
Born in Karnataka, Arunkumar is an upcoming Indian artist who is known for his neo-pop coloured sculptures. His colourful and beautiful piece of artworks grasps the attention of the viewers.
Nail and Srting Art by Caramanivan Studio
The group is one of the upcoming talented groups of the country that can do wonders with some amount of nails and strings. The artwork by this group will remind its viewers of old days of our freedom fight and independence.
Art Tiger Installations
As the entire country is worrying about the decreasing number of tigers in the country, this group believes in creating more awareness about them. With their tiger sculptures, the group wants to give people a reminder about the environment and the endangered species.
Heart of Silence by Owasis Hussain
Heart of silence is the symbol of increasing pollution in the city and its effects on its citizen. The group believe that the government has done its part, it is now the citizens turn to take an initiative.
Background : With Art exhibitions & Art walks, the mall aims to bring the citizens of Delhi closer. Every year, it organizes events that give a huge platform to all the local and national talents of the country. It believes that art resides in every corner, and one must pick it and present it to the world.
The Director, Mr. Arjun Sharma, is himself an avid art lover. He is one of the forces behind bringing Art into public domain.
