Event Description : “The strokes of the east” An exhibition by Sangeeta K’s art gallery and supported by bring home stories.

Sangeeta Kapri set up her art gallery a couple of years ago to give a platform to the emerging, undiscovered and talented artists of India. Sangeeta K’s art gallery is the new face of grassroots based art collectors. Motivated by the social welfare of artists, the gallery acts as a platform to those who do not have access to mainstream art galleries. Through “the strokes of the east” the gallery brings to you a collection by the artists from the Eastern region of India. The art collection spans the spontaneity of abstract, the immersive layers of Indian contemporary, the myriad colours of traditional and dynamism of modern art.
