Event Description : "Leonardo da Vinci Contribution: Towards the Development of Modern Medicines" a talk by Dr.Subhash Airy, Ph.D., Senior Consultant and Founder, Nutra ProActive, LLC , USA who worked in the United States for over forty years in every facet of research and development of new therapeutic pharmaceutical drug products from conception to marketing
Da Vinci’s scientific researches were hardly known or understood beyond his immediate circle, and it was not until the 19th and 20th centuries that the thousands of pages of his notebooks were properly examined in the field of optics, geology, botany, hydrodynamics and human anatomy. The talk will look at how Leonardo da Vinci’s initial observation in 1508 about cirrhotic liver laid down the foundation towards the development of new medicines
