Event Description : Teamwork Art Presents Friends of Music.
Spend an evening with some old school Blues, funky R&B, and Soulful jazz music. Backed by rusty stringed guitars and harps, soothing saxophones and melodies that you will remember. Come and watch the young and talented at the next Friends of Music gig - Dhruv Vishwanath, Soul’d Out, and Big Bang Blues.

Dhruv Visvanath-
Dhruv is a multi-talented musician, having begun his musical journey at the age of 8, he’s come a long way from making music in his bedroom! His percussive acoustic style is unique to the Indian subcontinent. Dhruv has pioneered a new style of playing the guitar and has brought the genre to the forefront. He began playing the guitar at the age of 13, and continues to write and compose music that speaks to the emotions of people. Dhruv is lovingly known as the Guitar Spanker by his friends because of the way he uses the body of the guitar like a drum and sings, simultaneous.
Big Bang Blues-Influenced by genres of Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Jazz, Funk and Rock, BBB bring a wide repertoire of music to the stage. The six-piece band creates its sound from the diverse influences brought in together by the six members who trace their roots to completely different backgrounds.
Soul'd Out-With influences ranging over different genres of music, Soul'd Out members aren't really concerned about how that sound can be defined/categorised. All that matters to them is that they have fun playing, which eventually spreads contagiously into the crowd! Whether you're in the mood to bust a move, or just chill out with some friends over a few beers, this band can certainly leave you satisfied!
